Professor at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro, working with the Postgraduate Program in Law and the Interdisciplinary Center for the Environment (NIMA/PUC-Rio). Member of the Advisory Board of NIMA/PUC-Rio. Academic Coordinator of the Postgraduate Course (specialization level) in Environmental Law at PUC-Rio. Academic Coordinator of the Association of Environmental Law Professors in Brazil (APRODAB). Vice-President of the Southeast Region of the Institute “The Law for a Green Planet.” Vice-President of the Deliberative Council of the Brazilian Fund for Biodiversity (FUNBIO). She was legal advisor to FUNBIO, to the Rio de Janeiro’s Environmental Protection Agency (currently INEA), and to the State Institute of Forestry Foundation (IEF / RJ, currently INEA). Danielle is the mother of Bruna, Tiago, and Flora.
