On April 1st, Prof. Danielle Moreira, JUMA’s Coordinator, will participate in the Corporate Climate Litigation in the Americas event in Washington, D.C., organized by BIICL and ELI, as part of the American Regional Summit & U.S. National Conference of the Global Toolbox on Corporate Climate Litigation.
Professor Danielle Moreira will participate in the panel State of Play and Emerging Trends of Corporate Climate Litigation Across the Americas (9:40–11:00 AM local time | 10:40–12:00 PM Brasília time).
